一、清洗外表
1、 Clean the surface
1.冷再生機在施工過程中會有大量的灰塵落到再生機的表面，包括施工中沾污的油跡等污染物，影響外觀事小，更為嚴重的是成為腐蝕的誘發因素。

二、保養轉子及其罩殼和滑靴

1.檢查轉子是否有水泥結垢等，及時清理灰塵，對需要割除、焊接的刀具及時更換；

2.清理轉子罩殼上的灰塵，并在施工結束收車時將轉子罩殼墊起地面5-10公分，防止雨雪的浸蝕；

3.檢查滑靴，對已經磨損的滑靴部分進行補焊，螺紋處應涂抹黃油防銹。

三、減速機油位及減速機油的檢查
3、 Inspection of reducer oil level and reducer oil
先切斷電源，等待減速機冷卻后打開放油螺塞，檢查油是否充滿，避免漏油，取油樣，檢查油色澤及粘度指數，如果油明顯渾濁，建議盡快更換。新減速機使用后（500-1000）小時更換新油（將內部污油沖干凈），其后每使用1500小時需要更換油一次，但是在使用過程中，仍需要檢查油的質量，若油有老化、變質情況要隨時更換。）
